Job Description / Responsibility
Issue and collect books, periodicals and other material;
Process new materials including books, audiovisual materials and computer software;
Sort out books, publications and other items;
Guide students and faculties to reference sources and catalogs to track suitable books;
Perform official activities such filing, typing, word processing, photocopying and mailing out material and mail sorting;
Provide assistance to Library Executive in the maintenance of collections of books, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, and audiovisual and other materials.

Educational Requirements
Four years graduation in Information Science & Library Management or Minimum HSC with good academic record and diploma in Information Science and Library Management.
Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
1 or 2 years working experience in an established library is preferable.
Proficiency in Computer Literature.
