Job Description / Responsibility
• Work under supervision of Programme Manager to lead Result Based program Management (RBM) towards impact oriented outcomes.
• Work under supervision of Programme Manager for preparing and updating any policy documents related with ongoing and up-coming programme and projects of IRB including guideline, monitoring tools, supervision checklist, etc.
• Managing (planning, implementing, monitoring, budgeting) of the fields.
• Arranging different activities under One to One sponsorship programme and Integrated Development Approach for IRB Sponsored Orphans (IDASO) project
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
• Developing necessary papers for the requirement of the programme (e.g. mother group operational manual, health awareness session manual and skill development training proposal)
• Prepare documents as per request and demand of the HQ (e.g. FVPG, revised roles and responsibility of the programme, field visit format for the field staff, audit finding follow up report etc.)
• Taking part in providing training to the staff, volunteer and partners as and when required)
• House construction related activities (assist admin to collect quotation from field with the help of PO and FO, after the Work Order send that to field, follow up construction work, send time to time house progress photo to HQ, bill adjustment related activities, send final photo to HQ)
• Do advocacy and networking (specially with the government) related activity during field visit e.g. visit concern department from where the benefit for orphans can be ensured
• Organize, conduct and facilitate Annual Program Review, Planning Workshop including observance of different national and international day both at field and national level.
• Frequently field visit and monitor the project activities of the Field Offices
• After visit follow up and ensure benefits for the beneficiaries
• Arranging and coordinate sick orphans treatment
• Writing concepts notes and proposal for the need of the program
• Collect and prepare case study of the beneficiaries
• Collecting greeting card, drawing, do translation where needed and send to HQ
• Orphans Annual Progress Report Collection and uploading in online
• Provide skill training to the Orphans and their family members.
• To visit orphans in the families for monitoring & supervision of orphan activities regularly.
• Arrange health awareness session and Health check up session
• Arrange mother group meeting every month
• Ensure all proper documentation related to expenditure at field
• Arrange annual picnic/sports/excursion for orphan
• Regular School visits for ensuring orphans presence in the School.
• Taking part in awareness meeting with the guardian during field visit for the need of the programme
• Face Audit (external and internal) regarding respective field and provide support to PM in writing response
• Maintaining all necessary documents in hard and soft copy (especially individual file for each orphan in hard copies and other official documents of respective field).
• Work under supervision of Programme Manager for drafting, preparing and finalizing project documents including problem analysis, need assessment, project proposal, concept note RBA/LFA and budget for new project as well as review and revise ongoing projects, etc.
• To perform any other duties as and when required by the management

Educational Requirements
Master Degree in Development Studies, Economics, Sociology, Social Science or any other relevant discipline from any recognized & UGC approved university.
Experience Requirements
At least 4 year(s)

• Minimum Four Years relevant experience in International or national NGO?s.
• Job Location is Sunamganj.
• Employment duration is up to December 31, 2016. Renewable subject to performance & budget availability.
• Experience in working with Children.
• Proven expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Adobe Photoshop.
• Must have a Staff management Skill.
• Report writing skills.

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills is essential.
• Willing to travel and work in the most remote areas of Bangladesh
