• To be fully conversant with the philosophy, aims & content of the Cambridge Curriculum.
• To work with the Coordinator to develop plans for year-term-month-week and daily teaching programs.
• To meet with the Coordinator each week to plan lessons for the following week in all Learning Areas.
• To accept advice and implement activity based teaching methods, timing, and assessment tasks.
• To provide advice, training and practical example so the Assistant teacher may develop professional skills towards gaining Teacher Status.
• Monitor all aspects of the students’ physical health, academic & emotional well being and report concerns to the Coordinator, Vice Principal or Principal.
• To contribute to discussions at parent and staff meetings.
• Staff will be required to attend after hours staff meetings, training sessions and promotional activities as aspects of professional duties.
• Undergo continuous monitoring and training with broader cyclic performance assessments as required by the Principal.

• Must have teaching experience of English medium School
• Must have passion for teaching.
• Able to speak with correct pronunciation of English.
• Should have the ability to facilitate a safe learning environment where students are allowed to explore concepts and apply them to real life situations.
• Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.
• Should be able to create and mark assessments that accurately gauge student performance.
• Must be able to keep accurate records of assessment data.
• Should have experience interpreting curriculum standards to map out unit plans for the entire academic year.
• Must be able to write detailed lesson plans.
• Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners.
• Experience in singing, dancing, and art is an additional qualification
• Cambridge Curriculum teaching experience from any International English medium school is an additional qualification for the applicants.
• Candidates must have strong English skills, Program Development & basic Computing.
