• Knowledge of University policies and procedures, academic requirements, campus resources, student life, and support services.
• Interpersonal/human relations skills.
• Ability to act as an advocate for both the student and the University.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to networking with civil aviation, Ministry, UGC ,Govt. top level etc.
• Participates in office staff development, workshops, programs, and administrative functions; attends meetings

• Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline
• Only Wing Commander / Group Captain / Air Commodore can apply.

Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

College, University, Airline

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At least 35 year(s)
• Fluency in English & Bengali (oral & written).
• Strong personality, good bearings,adaptable,dutiful and disciplined .
• Candidates of Uttara area will get more preference.
