Job Context
Faith International School & College is looking for a Vice-Principal for its Kuril branch (Under National Curriculum).

Job Location: Ka-25/3, Kuril, Progati Sarani, Dhaka- 1229.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure objective and qualitative improvement of the school and smooth increase of students.
Ensure preparation of lesson plans, teaching materials and developing the curriculum according to class/students standard.
All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
Monitor each student individually and influence them to learn Sunnah, discipline, manner and as well as with their lessons.
Observe employee performance, record observations, and conduct evaluation of all associates.
Comply with government rules and regulations that might affect the institute.
Ensure compiling and documentation of all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents and timely report to the appropriate authority.
Develop yearly budget based on documented program needs, estimated enrollment, personnel, and other fiscal needs
Active participation in school & College events etc.

Full-time

Educational Requirements
As per government rule.
Hon’s/Masters from any recognized University.
B.Ed./M.Ed. degree will be preferable

Additional Requirements
Age 30 to 50 years
Experience of serving as Principal/ Vice-Principal in any recognized school & College.
Having strong administrative quality
Experience on Board related activities.
Sound knowledge on board Examination such as PEC, JSC, S.S.C & H.S.C. etc.
Fluency in both spoken & written English is required. Arabic language will be additional qualification for the post of Vice-Principal.
