Job Description / Responsibility
• Should have sound knowledge and capability to conduct audit related with ACCORD, ALLIANCE and Third Party etc.
• Assist to check and verify the product price and material qualities are being procured.
• Assist to check and verify all sorts of renovation / new construction works to be made as per approved design, drawing and planning.
• Assist to find out all sorts of anomalies and report to the management.
• Assist to the basic functions of structural part related with garments sectors.
• Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles.
• Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project.
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.
• Adopting all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good manufacturing practices and safety on all work assignments.
• Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, consultants, co-workers and clients.
• Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Operator (CADD), Project Management, Survey
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
