Job Description / Responsibility
• To supervise construction works of factory / residential building
• To prepare material and cost estimation
• To maintain records of work done by contractors.
• To scrutinize bills submitted by contractors.
• To ensure high standard of quality of works.
• To plan schedule of works
• To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
• To ensure construction of works as per BNBC.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
• 4 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Garments, Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 35 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Experience in CAD, Staad Pro, Microsoft project, excel and Power point will be considered as extra qualifications.
• Good knowledge about LEED management
