Job Description / Responsibility
• Discussing requirements with the client and other professionals (egg Architect)
• Experience of designing of high rise building.
• Have to have RAJUK and IEB membership.
• Analyzing survey, mapping and materials-testing data with computer modeling software
• Drawing up blueprints, using computer aided design (cad) packages
• Judging whether projects are workable by assessing materials, costs and time requirements
• Assessing the environmental impact and risks connected to projects
• Preparing bids for tenders, and reporting to clients, public agencies and planning bodies
• Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements.

Diploma in Civil/ Architect/ Structural Engg.

Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 30 to 45 year(s)
• Should have experience and be able to perform load calculation for any structures structures.
• Should be able to prepare fabrication drawings for steel fabricators with highest level use of computer aided designing and detailing software.
• Should be able to prepare detailed plans, drawings and other documents for the manufacture and erection of steel members (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, metal decking, etc.) used in the construction of buildings, bridges, and similar projects
