Job Description / Responsibility
Coordination & Verification of all Engineering design (Structural, Electrical and Plumbing & Fire) with Architectural design to meet the maximum technical efficiency and to produce proper construction document within aim time.
Proper Project Management service to ensure excellent Construction service and Coordination with site along with physical checking of all construction sites to ensure Quality construction as per organization standard and Handover with in desire time.
Site Co-ordination with all contractors/ sub-contractors/supplier with proper documentation support in due time.
Client communication and regular report to Principal Architect.
Excellent skill on Material, BOQ, Tender schedule, CPM & Specification
Internal Management support and coordinate overall work progress as schedule calendar.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering (Preferably Civil) form BUET or any well reputed Government University with excellent track record.

Experience Requirements
10 to 12 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 to 40 year(s)
Experience in working with reputed architect or reputed Real Estate organization.
Must need to be Smart, Energetic, dynamic team player, Target oriented, Sincere and Honest.
Excellent communication skill preferably in English and pleasant personality.
Valid Membership in IAB/MIEB & RAJUK Enlisting is mandatory.
Should have fluent operational knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, MS Office or other related software.
Must be able to multitasking and be flexible.
