Job Description / Responsibility
Perform day to day operation of the Company;
Overall strategy formulation and implementation;
Identifying challenging area of the capital market and formulating strategies and planning for overcoming those challenges;
Analyzing financial and non financial data and preparing statements/reports in the line of IAS/BAS;
Compliance of all company laws, securities’ laws, SEC rules & regulations and other local laws and regulations including listing regulations with stock exchange;
Formulation of policies & procedures, short & long term plans, budget etc. for the Company and implementation of those after approval of the Board of Directors;
Preparation & submission of reports, statements as required by the Board of Directors, Shareholders and other relevant authorities;
Leading, guiding, directing and evaluating the work of others in the Company;
Any other responsibility assigned by the higher authority and/or Board of Directors.

Educational Requirements
FCA/ACA/FCMA/ACMA/MBA (major in Accounting/Finance)/Master Accounting/Finance.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 12 year(s)

Age 40 to 55 year(s)

Age 40-55 years;
Minimum 12 years working experience in banking/financial institution at higher level position;
Minimum 5 years job experience not below the rank of Director/Deputy General Manager in the Merchant Bank;
Thorough knowledge in Securities Law, SEC rules & regulations, Copanies Act, IAS/BAS etc. and other rules & regulations related to capital market and money market;
Knowledge in computer operation.
