Job Description / Responsibility
• Provide first level support concerning inquires about QA/QC requirements and awareness on QA/QC matters among Site Engineers and sub-contractors.
• Review methods of workmanship before casting, excavation, erection, and related works.
• Perform and preserve different test reports related to construction work.
• Supervise and maintain timely and proper review of site construction quality documentation. Ensure completeness and adequacy of such quality documentation.
• Ensures that the Inspections are adequately documented.
• Coordinate and conduct Inspection Meetings with site engineer and senior engineer.
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control for different site construction.
• Issue and manage follow up of non-compliance certificates.
• Inspection of the work executed on construction and installation sites to ensure quality control in accordance to Quality Standard.
• Maintain required construction quality performance data.
• Develop written procedures for quality control/quality assurance
• Perform needed tests on site and in the laboratory to ensure conformity of material and works according to the contract specifications
• Establish and maintain procedures to develop standard documentation for construction works and quality control
• Develop standard quality control procedures to be performed by the sub-contractors
• Assess work activities for which labour based construction methods are appropriate and for those sections where heavy machinery is appropriate
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Department Head or Top Management .

B.Sc in civil engineering from reputed university.
