Job Description / Responsibility
Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
Coordinate and manager all site activities of site staff, sub-contractors, traders and suppliers and ensure timely response to project requirements.
Participate in site coordination meetings with Project Manager, Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Suppliers etc.
Refer all requests for design changes to the project manager and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
Coordinate design issues with project manager and client representatives as per requirement.
Make sure each person working in site is signing in the site attendance register.
Coordinate purchasing of materials and equipment for site use as per requirement.
Ensure that as per specification accurate quantity of materials and equipment are delivered to site, safely handled and stored in proper place.
Monitor sub-contractors performance and report to the Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in completing sub-contractor appraisals.
Ensure safe working practices are adhered by the site personnel at all stages of the project works.
Any other works assigned by the Supervisor.

Educational Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 05 years of experience

5 to 6 year(s)
