Job Description / Responsibility
• Gulsan Club Ltd. is looking for Bangladeshi Nationals for the position of Site Engineer to its Proposed 12-Storied + 3-Basement Gulsan Social Club Building Project to be recruited on urgent basis.
• Capable to estimate all civil items of work independently.
• Understanding Electrical, plumbing and drain-water layout plan to execute PVC / GI Pipe conduit laying.
• Experience in Site-supervision and raw measurement taking to prepare contractor`s Bill as per BOQ.
• Acquainted with Computer operation and experience in Application software like: Auto-CAD, Excel, Micro-soft Project & Micro-soft Power-point.
• Good command in English both in Speaking, Write-up preparation and understanding.
• Terms & Conditions: Initially contract will be of 3(three) years contractual basis which may be renewed on every 2(two) years after successful completion of successive contract period.

Educational Requirements
Passed Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized pubic Polytechnic institute preferably from Dhaka/ Serajgonj/ Bogura/ Rangpur/ Kustia/ Faridur/ Barisal Polytechnic; higher education matching primary criteria will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements
At least 7 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
At least 7 (Seven) years in hand experience out of which at least 4(four) years should be in Modern High-Rise Building of not less than 10-stoied with 3-Basement as single uninterrupted job experience as Site Engineer.
