• Planning, designing, and executing multiple renovation Or maintenance projects to meet program requirements, budget and time constraints.
• Coordinate renovation and relocation projects with internal management.
• Plan renovation work schedule.
• Support and coordinate with other department on work relating matters.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from reputed local or foreign university with good academic background (BUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET will be given preference).

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point).
• Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience in electric design of high-rise building.
