Job Description / Responsibility
Clearly understand engineering drawings, generally all drawings, particularly architectural and structural drawings
Know coordination between architectural, structural and relevant service drawings.
Taking off quantities from drawing and calculate material requirement using those quantities.
Skill in AUTO CAD, MS OFFICE
Good knowledge of BNBC Code & ACI code & relevant building codes.
Structural design experience is an advantage.
On-the-site supervision of concreting and other civil work is a requirement
Coordinate between project site & Head office for smooth decision making process.
Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating.
Quality control, Site Safety, defines the problem & identify the target to Improvements.
Capable to handle a large construction project independently.
Experience in keeping inventory

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution (preferably BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET)
Or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements
7 to 12 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
For B.Sc Engr. 07 – 08 Years
Diploma Engr. 10 – 12 years
Only experienced in ‘Fair Face’ building constructions are instructed to apply.
Able to work under pressure and for long time.
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
Candidate must have clear knowledge on Building Construction Act.
Can manage and supervise labor & Suppliers
Independently problem solving ability.
Good Oral and Written Communication Skill.
