Job Description / Responsibility
• To control and operate Green Sand Molding (DISAMATIC), sand core making process .
• To develop pattern for new product line, green sand pressure molding process (DISAMATIC).
• To control induction melting operational process for cast iron foundry.
• To manage foundry scrap , induction process, charge mix/melt chemistry control.
• To control furnace charging process.
• To control & improve refractory lining process.
• To control liquid metal tapping & pouring process.

Educational Requirements
• B.Sc in Mechanical engineering from any reputed university. (03)
• B.Sc in Materials and Metallurgical engineering from any reputed university. (01)

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At least 25 year(s)
• Should have strong communication skill.
• Should have working experience with Auto-CAD, Solid work and relevant design software.
• Should have experience of casting simulation with STAR-cast MGMA or relevant mold flow simulation software.
• Should have experience in Cast iron foundry.
• Should have experience in melting station of any reputed steel mill.
• Should have working experience at Metallurgical testing lab compiled with advanced Testing apparatus (spectometer, metallographic testing apparatus, Universal testing machine, hardness, impact testing machine, laboratory induction furnace etc.
