Job Description / Responsibility
• Engineering Planning of New Projects.
• Directs technology engineers & managers in formulating plans, designs and cost estimates.
• Evaluates processes; applies knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
• Approves plans and budgets for each project and makes any adjustments needed in consultation with the President.
• Liaison with Energy Plant/Power Plant.
• Ensure Machine performance & Maintenance.
• To provide technical know-how from Top Management to subordinates.
• To Coordinate with the QA Department for implementation of the QMS, EMS, SA, and WRAP systems.
• To monitor health & safety measures in the department
• Transfer requisite knowledge to subordinates.
• Planning to minimize break down through preventive maintenance
• Work Location: The working location will be at the mills in Shreepur, Gazipur. (Company pick & drop transportation will be provided)

• At least 10 Years of Experience in the Home Textile Sector with a minimum of 03 years of experience at
• the Top Level Position and relevant educational background.
• Brilliant communication skill with fluency in English and good command over computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, strategic and judgment ability to solve different ranges of business problems are desired.
