Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible to run shift with mechanics by taking full responsibility
Look after changing of mold, punch as per requirement of production department in shorter possible time
Coordinate with production and utility department for proper functioning of press
Assess maintenance requirement (updates of spare parts, lubrication oils etc.)
Keeping maintenance records, report writing of press working status
Keep continuous communication with the reporting person
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Educational Requirements
The incumbent should be B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute
Diploma in Mechanical/ Power/ Ceramic Engineering with high experience can also apply

Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Applicants should have 3 year(s) experience for B.Sc Engineering and 5+ year(s) experience for Diploma Engineering in Ceramic Tiles plant`s press section
Strong on product knowledge, technical and quality analysis
Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect, strong work ethic
Should be honest, team and service oriented
Should be well verse in Bengali & English
Should be a computer literate
Work Station: Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur
