Job Description / Responsibility
Must have pleasant personality, aggressive, optimistic, have the ability to convince customer.
Visit new site & running project
installation & service and evaluate of Camera, DVR, IP Camera, NVR, Access Control, Time Attendance, Door Lock, Burglar Alarm, Video Door phone, Networking LAN & WAN.
Identify the problem & solve it properly on site or over phone.
Complete the installation & service work properly as per design
Responsible for hardware and software level periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing malfunctioning devices, technical problem solving, system up-gradation etc.
Experience on fault identification & rectification of Access & Attendance Control (ZKTeco, SOYAL, HUNDURE), CCTV System, PA system, PABX, Fire Detection & Protection System
Ability to travel all over Bangladesh for client service & support.

Educational Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical/ CSE/ Electronic Engineering from any reputed institute.

2 to 3 year(s)

Age 20 to 30 year(s)

Good knowledge in English.
Good knowledge in Auto Cad Drawing & Design
Experience on Power Equipments specially Power supply, UPS, IPS.
Experience in Computer Hardware & Networking setup
Possesses excellent technical skills as well as excellent problem solving ability.
