Job Description / Responsibility
• Identify the worker efficiency & check pilot run and critical operation;
• Identify improvement areas in production and develop technique to improve production;
• Identify deficiency areas and attend meeting with management to solve the same;
• Publish Efficiency reports per operators weekly and Monitor low efficiency operators physically and take corrective action;
• Calculate pre Standard Minute Value (SMV) for order forecast by buyer and for production plan and give costing of SMV for order pricing;
• Maintain required MIS.

Educational Requirements
M.Sc or B.Sc major in AMT/ IPE from any reputed university.

• Age 25 to 28 year(s)
• Working experience in industrial engineering with large knit garments factory.
• Good English communication & presentation skill is required.
• Energetic, confident and proactive.
• The applicant should have at least 1 year experience in the same position.
