Job Description / Responsibility
• Coordinate and cooperate production staff for managing the overall production activities which include productivity improvement, cost control, man – machine ratio control and material utilization.
• Worker assessment & salary fixation for new worker & annual increment according to worker skill inventory.
• Implement & maintain 5S for visual workplace management.
• Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
• B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)
• IPE graduates with 2 – 3 Years experience in the Knit garments will get preference

Experience Requirements
• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• IPE Graduate with G.S.D (General Sewing Data) experience.
• Willing to work in the production floors (Sewing/ Printing/ Cutting/ Finishing)
• Willing to work long hours when required only
• Good command in Bangla/ English
• Sound knowledge on computer
• Willing to work under pressure and will be result oriented
• Ability to conduct training programs will be added advantages
