Job Description / Responsibility
• Creating test cases and test data
• Creating and executing automated test scripts using testing software programs
• Identifying, analyzing and documenting defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens and content
• Investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues
• Collecting and compiling statistical quality data
• Analyzing data to identifying areas for improvement in the quality system
• Developing, recommending and monitoring corrective and preventive actions
• Preparing reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Documents, tracks and communicating test plans, test results, analysis, and unresolved problems

Bachelors/ MS Degree in Computer Science

• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Job Requirements
• LOVE to expose flaws in even the best software and Web applications.
• Understand test design techniques such as specification-based, boundary value analysis, decision table, use case, and state transition testing.
• Good understanding of QA methodology – test plans, test cycles, and software releases
• Must be a team player.
• Must have knowledge of SDLC
• Vast knowledge on iOS, Android and Windows Mobile operating systems and their testing strategy.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a strong plus.
