Job Description / Responsibility
Monitor and make sure of timely repair of user’s mobile (may also need to support the technical repair job when human source is tight.
Provide technical training and guidance to the technical support officers.
Collection of quality defect and feedback to the concerned department.
Improve the repair ability of the technical support officers.
Repair in time with nice attitude.
Collect quality defect data.
DOA (dead on arrival) handset Detection.
Spoiled material detection

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in EEE, CSE, ECE, TE from any reputed public/ private engineering university (Candidates from BUET, IUT, KUET and Ahsanullah University will be given preference).
Experience Requirements
1 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support, Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Mobile apps developer, Programmer/Software Engineer
Additional Job Requirements
Age 26 to 32 year(s)
At least 01-03 years working experience in relevant field.
Experienced people from telecom industries will be preferred.
Must be hard working and enthusiastic.
Should possess extensive IT skills.
Strong Leadership skill to lead the team.
Capability to work independently.
Should be self motivated and hard working.
Strong interpersonal skill.
Strong command in English both written and spoken.
Well conversant with MS Office applications, internet browsing etc.
