Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for operations of the mosquito coil plant.
• Meet production target of mosquito coil with right quality & cost.
• Monitor production and timely assess the requirement of resources.
• Ensure periodic & breakdown maintenance of the machines.
• Maintain adequate quantity & right types of spare parts and ensure low downtime.
• Plan preventive maintenance as required.
• Plan raw material inventory, maintain liaison with Head Office and follow up the raw materials orders.
• Prepare quality specification & ensure that the finished products & raw materials are adhered according to the quality specification.
• Administer the plant from all aspects like manpower management, housekeeping, health & safety, overall cleanliness of the plant etc.
• Other duties & responsibilities as & when assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
• Graduate/ Masters. Chemical Engineering/ Chemistry discipline would be preferable.
• The candidate should have the experience of Mosquito Coil Plant Operations.

Experience Requirements
At least 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• The candidate should have 8-10 years experience of operation of Mosquito Coil Plant.
• Willing to work in the Plant site.
• Good leadership, strong skills in organizing teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, self-directed and hands-on management approach.
• Problem solving capability.
