The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality
To manage, supervise & execute construction of building project including shore pile, Basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing and total finishing works of the building as per drawing independently
Shall be capable of analyzing survey reports, maps, drawings, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
Estimate the material requirements and manage good supply chain with the suppliers
Assist in development and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the Management
Provide engineering guidance
Participate in project meetings with customers, architects, customer nominated engineering personnel
Maintaining proper communication with all the vendors, contractors, and suppliers of the handed over project service contract.
Experience in overall management of a Construction Project.
