Job Description / Responsibility
• Familiar with the scope of work.
• Ensure frequent communication with TAR Planning Department & Inspection Section.
• Ensures all coordinators are well aware of the jobs to be done in each equipment with regard to QA/QC.
• Identify QA/QC requirement in the Equipment information Sheet (EIS), specifically for process critical equipment such as Heaters, Columns, Major Reactors, Exchangers & Vessels.
• Ensures all the UT monitoring works are done on priority as a Pre-TAR activity.
• Ensures all repairs, extra works, IWL work are done fulfills the QA/QC requirements.
• Ensures all stress relieving works are properly done with automated records heating and cooling cycle.
