Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare engineering project offers and market development of company products
• Marketing and sales document preparation like company profile, introduction letter, flyers, brochures etc.
• Meet sales target of the company (public & private sector)
• New product development marketing work
• Prepare documents for tender bidding and quotation submission
• Hands on job to be done on project sites
• Lead team of technicians on project sites according to the work description
• Maintenance project team management
• On-field trouble shooting
• Develop expertise on Refrigeration, Power and Lifestyle products
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to achieve revenue target
• Supervise and carryout all types of electrical and mechanical installments as per the specified designs & drawings.
• Be responsible to improve continuously the performance of the products & services by taking relevant corrective and preventive actions, and plan for to deliver best practice initiatives

Educational Requirements
• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical (Govt. Institutes, IUT, AIUB & Ahsanullah)
• English Medium students will be preferred
• Diploma Candidates with proper expertise will also be considered
Experience Requirements
• 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Requirements
• 4-5 years practical hands on experience in tendering process and field level work in similar job will be preferred
• Good Knowledge of electronics and machinery is a must
• Ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Must have in depth knowledge in MS Office (Particularly MS Excel)
• Hands on project implementation experience
• Frequent travel within Dhaka and outside Dhaka
• Must be customer focused and target oriented
• Must be a good team player
• Must be adept in communication
• Must know Auto CAD
