Job Description / Responsibility
Should be strong in C#, .NET framework 4, ASP.NET, MVC Framework, Web Services, AJAX, jQuery etc.
In addition to solid .NET, a good understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML and CSS is required.
Should be experienced and well conversant in OOAD, OOP and design patterns.
Experience with various browser tools (HTTP Watch, HTTP Fox, Charles, Firebug, etc)
Should have understanding of Source Control concepts like TFS, SVN etc.
Should be able to analyze existing coding for re-engineering.
Experience with the System Development Life Cycle working with different methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile-SCRUM etc.)
Should be strong in SQL programming on Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, MS SQL Reporting services2008.
Define development plans, associated milestones and ensure delivery on time and budget
Build and maintain prioritized feature lists from requests from clients/ the management, internal findings, existing product analysis
Validate functional requirements, architecture, and design
Participate in formal product(s) development processes by working with development team(s) to provide guidance
Develop product(s) management documentation, including, product(s) business analysis, product(s) development proposals/plan, formal product(s) requirement specification/scope management for each/total development phase(s), launching development plans etc.
Assure Quality of the product by using appropriate testing tools, develop test plan and troubleshooting
Establish relationships with engineers to position and develop product(s) successfully, providing training and leadership on strategic opportunities
Work closely with local and foreign team to optimize the development of product(s). After capturing high level requirement define product scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals
