Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare appropriate check of list prior to job execution.
• Supervision & monitoring of civil & construction works.
• Administer site activities, progress and guide staffs & workers on day to day basis.
• Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
• Follow up erection & installation of steel structure as per drawings & standards.
• Checking the accuracy of erection & installation as per drawings.
• Preparation of estimate & cost of new projects by ?Computer Aided Design?.
• Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
• Preparation of progress report and Documentary works for Construction activities.
• Report all site information to respective superior regular basis.

Educational Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Institution with good academic and career background.

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 20 to 30 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Should have experienced in the business areas of Real Estate/Developer Company.
• Have the mentality to work under pressure inside & outside of Dhaka.
• Must have computer literacy & good command in English & Bengali.
• Well conversant with the Auto CAD software 2D/3D.
