Job Description / Responsibility
Develop and implement organic growth and new customer acquisition initiatives:
Frame, research and identify new growth ideas
Conduct strategic assessment
Assess future growth prospects
Identify cross-segment opportunities
Prepare weekly / monthly status report.
Support direct mail assessment and analysis to develop contact, creative and offer strategies
Commissioning research from outside organizations to inform advertising strategies,
using both qualitative methods, such as focus groups and structured interviews, and quantitative methods,
such as demographic profiling and questionnaires
Assess and implement proper media mix strategy both cable network media and broadcast media
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
Meeting the client to learn the background of the brand and advising on possible approaches to the target market
Optimize Movers and New Build strategies and programs
Making `pitches`, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency
Support development of marketing strategy plan:
Perform market segment analysis to provide insight as to customer and market needs
Conduct market/competitive analysis and work with product and marketing managers to form shared views of the marketplace
Measure and evaluate performance:
Develop and determine marketing performance measurement dashboard
Quantify the trade offs, inter-relationships and elasticity of brand, advertising, promotions, direct mail and other sales and marketing levers to determine optimal investment
