Job Description / Responsibility
The key responsibilities will be managing existing Customer on technical ground for Customer service and Relationship Management.
Always follow up with existing customers and do the trouble shooting.
Visit the places of corporate and retails clients on regular basis.
Ensure customer’s satisfaction & resolve customer complaints etc.
Express the technical support to the respective clients.
Monitoring competitive product performance, customer complaints, identifying scope for planning for next course of actions.
Develop and implement the strategies to grow organization’s business.
Prepare necessary reports, metrics and periodic business reviews for the management.
Arrange technical presentation, seminars, workshop and meeting as required with existing & potential customers.
Provide a focal point for technical queries and review any proposed modifications or changes that may arise.
Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products.
The candidate will be handling of his nice Market.

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
B. Sc in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from any reputed university/Institutions.
Same industry experience will be given preference.

5 to 10 year(s)

Age 30 year(s) and over

Able to work under pressure and for long time.
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
