Job Description / Responsibility
• The candidate should be accountable for executing technical coordination to allied institution.
• To execute proper technical implementation of the projects.
• To coordinate water management programs.
• Has to monitor pond water quality parameters & feed tray consumptions.
• To maintain the Al System and keep record of operational data for analyzing.
• To measure the data of essential parameters of hatchery and keep record for analyzing.
• Should assist in culture, feeding and care of tilapia breeder using established protocols.
• To oversee Spawning, Egg harvesting and sex reversal treatment.
• To oversee fingerlings conditioning, packing and purging.
• To work & coordinate with Consultant (Fisheries) to develop the system methodology.
• Job Location: Head Office & Farm Office, Bhagalpur, Bajitpur, Kishoreganj.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor/ Master of Science in Fisheries from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• At least 5 years working experience in relevant field.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
