Job Description / Responsibility
Prepare production plan,schedule and maintain production process.
Have to produce `0` defect fabric.
Production follow up as per RPM of Machine.
Ensure 100% quality fabric delivery to Dyeing section.
Follow up GSM tolerance within 5% and Dia tolerance 1/2 Inch.
Develop and coach team members, perform 1-1 meeting and performance reviews with the team.
Monitoring job performance and execute continuous improvement actions.
Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product.
Ensure floor always neat and clean.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Textile Engineering from reputed University.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments

Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 year(s) and over
Only males are allowed to apply.
Must have a minimum of 07 years of prior experience of Garments Knitting Dept.
Having Experience in a Knitting Dept with per day production capacity 30-35 Ton is highly preferred.
Strong communication skill in local Knitting & Dyeing Garments area.
Must be smart, energetic, self motivated and ability to work under stress.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Goals and target oriented.
