Job Description / Responsibility
Develop factory to lean and green by short and long term planning with R&D process for infrastructure/super structure and Headcount efficiency improvement.
Improve factory growth by reducing Man: Machine ratio and incorporating/introducing automation through hi-tech machines and equipment
Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and initiate necessary measures
Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, Information Support and Analysis
Update information on technical operations and cost parameters at every stage of the production process
Guidance on critical study of Sample/Pattern production
Machine effectiveness/reduction of number of machine y simplification of production process
Make a bridge with Production-Quality for reducing gaps in understanding of both functions
Co-ordinate with Merchandizing department for optimum pricing
Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine
Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all style
Conceive and promote company mission-vision oriented advance preparation to face negotiate any hurdles of future
Minimize consumption of resources – raw materials and energy and control wastage
Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management

Educational Requirements
Graduate/Masters from any reputed University
B. Sc in Textile Engineering will get preference
Diploma in Clothing manufacturing from home and abroad will be preferred
Experience Requirements
Minimum 15 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
At least 15 years’ experience in related field with 2-3 years in similar position

Should be energetic, dynamic and have strong leadership capability
Must be comfortable and conversant with compliance, quality control / work study, etc.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
Strong people management skills – fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
Strong written and verbal communication skills English
