Job Description / Responsibility
Machine/process wise production capacity knowledge of woven composite mills both yarn dyed and solid dyed.
Have strong communication skill & personality to achieve target plan.
Order wise planning & lead-time allocation.
To collect all production summaries daily & report to marketing team, management & unit heads.
Liaison with marketing team & production team.
Standardize all production/process allowance.
Basic knowledge of all yarn dyed, solid dyed, weaving, and processing machinery.
Build effective communication with departments of store, merchandising, and production to facilitate execution of the plan;
Follow up daily shipment schedule & pre-production activities and running problem which is related with shipment/production;
Preparing Production reports for internal use as well as for customers in a daily/weekly/monthly basis;
Preparing order reconciliation report and weekly/monthly cut to ship report;
Any other task assigned by the management.
