Job Description / Responsibility
• Prepare monthly production plan considering requirement, production capacity, and raw material availability with a view to meeting sales indent.
• Execute the production plan in an optimized manner by monitoring daily production process with a view to ensure maximum service level as per KPI.
• Maintenance of QC protocol as directed by the authority.
• Coordination with production and other departments like Commerce/ HR.
• Analyze and make multi reports on weekly, monthly basis including production status and production flow.
• Ensure on time smooth delivery.
• Manage, Lead, motivate and mentor production team workers, leaders and supervisors.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc Engineering from BUET/ DUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET with good academic background.

Experience Requirements
• 7 to 10 year(s)

• Age 35 to 40 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Minimum 7 years experiences in any production floor.
• Working experiences in large carpentry industry will be given preference.
• Ability to perform multi task.
• Strong prioritization skills.

• Proficiency in computer (MS Office).
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
