Additional Job Requirements
Candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in fashion designing
Should be able to understand and advise on styling, pattern making, and fabrication
Woven and knit understanding, along with design, development of fabrics is a prerequisite
Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
Knowledge to construct the garments as per design and understand what materials work best in the designs
Ability to construct illustrations and templates in the specification sheets
Ability to drape garments according to fits and amend garments according to customer comments
Strong communication skills to communicate ideas to the quality team so they can understand and implement design ideas
Must have excellent drawing skills
Artistic & Creative minded and able to combine colors, shades and tones
Fashion conscious and should understand market requirements
