Job Description / Responsibility
Finishing In-charge of woven bottoms (mostly denim pants).
Capable of handling 1 production lines or almost 150 workers.
Able to follow shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing Finishing lines as and when required, analyzing individual workers performance.
Has experience of working as Finishing Manager in a reputed factory with major buyers like GAP, Levi’s, H & M & J.C. Penney, Benetton, Gant, VF Asia.
Update information on Finishing Manager & key operational.
Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.

Minimum HSC from any discipline.

Minimum 7 year(s)

Age 30 year(s) and over
Should possess strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers and staff.
