Job Description / Responsibility
To control the quality of products by carrying out in-line and final inspection in the factory to ensure that the products can meet quality and standards.
Responsible for the shade and physical quality of all fabric.
Monitoring all kinds of problems generated in fabrics such as shade colors fastness.
Responsible for fabric quality by checking the shade, color, fastness.
Monitoring fabric quality prior to allocate for bulk production.
Understanding of statistical analysis including AQL inspection techniques (1.5 points, 2.5 points, 4 points, 6 points system)
Understanding of statistical analysis including AQL inspection techniques (1.5 points, 2.5 points, 4 points, 6 points system)
Understanding of statistical analysis including AQL inspection techniques (1.5 points, 2.5 points, 4 points, 6 points system)
Support communications and facilitate of issues resolution during bulk production with merchandising and quality management.
Capable to operate Thies, Dilmelner dyeing machines.
Job Location: Vulta, Rupgonj, Narayangonj

Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate/B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University.

At least 10 year(s)
