Job Description / Responsibility
Optimize Manpower Utilization.
Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation.
Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
Maintain on time Shipment schedule.
Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
Monitors finishing process & take necessary action.

Educational Requirements
Must be HSC of any stream or Bachelor is a distinct advantage.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 40 year(s)
Must have minimum 4 years’ experience and 2 years working experience as In Charge of Finishing in any reputed garment factory.
Should have creative thinking and pro-activeness to ensure quality.
Good Team Player.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both in written & spoken English
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Must have experience on Microsoft Office applications.
