Job Description / Responsibility
Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
Coordinate and stream line or production process to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
Record or oversee recording of information to ensure accuracy of documentation to pinpoint production problems.
Determine employee work efficiency and ways to enhance productivity.
Capability to follow hourly production and find root cause for output loss.
Production Break Down.SMV calculation.
Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Production Engineering/ Mathematics/ Garments Manufacturing technology from well know public & Private university only.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years working experience in Woven & Knit factory.
Very Good command over English.
