Job Description / Responsibility
Different stages of production.
SMV calculation for all process by time study.
Capacity study of different sections and process
Analyze operation of any new order during sampling stage to correctly predict productivity.
Analyze operations during production.
Prepare and modify machine and factory layout for effective utilization of workers, machines and other resources.
Prepare and lead IT team and deploy IE processes and reporting systems all across production.
Work closely with production team for production planning and capacity utilization
Work closely with Quality team for optimizing production while re-maintaining quality.

Minimum graduate in Textile Engineering from any reputed university

1 to 2 year(s)

Age 23 to 30 year(s)

Those whom are resident of Narayongonj & Gazipur will be given preference.
Must have the experience in working with Woven / Sweater factories. Freshers can also apply.
Experience in knitting using handcraft machines is preferably
Responsible for analyzing performances of workers, Supervisors and different sections.
Practical experience in monitoring performances of identifying, solving bottlenecks and engineering workstations.
Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
Must have computer skills
