Job Description / Responsibility
• Administrative Role/ Key responsibility
• Oversee overall administrative functions of the company and ensure their proper day to day implementation.
• Handle some procurement for the office.
• Act as a supervisor and monitor the admin support stuff, driver and maintain their duty time.
• Responsible for all kind of official payments including telephone, electricity, leasing bills and official bills.
• Takes the ownership of oversee the purchase management process across the organization and maintain proper communication of all supplies for purchase.
• Provide admin support to HR department.
• Arrange Visa processing for foreign employees and communicate with government offices like visa, passport, work permit, Air Ticket, Airport Protocol, NSI, BOI when needed.
• Office maintenance.
• supervise the maintain of various office equipments like chair/desk/pc table/printer/photocopy machine/phone/ fax/AC/fridge.
• Supervise office cleaning.
• Vehicle Management.
• Update and maintain documentation of car fitness, company car leasing, servicing.
• Super and monitor company daily car maintain for the employees, business partners and external consultants.

Educational Requirements
Graduate/ BBA/ MBA from any reputed University. (HRM major preferable)
Experience Requirements
• 4 to 7 year(s)
