Job Description / Responsibility
Develop and improve quality procedures, systems, work instructions, forms and checklists and continually improve guidelines.
Monitor the inspection of raw materials and accessories of the garment as per quality measurements by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools.
Check proof at pre-production stage in terms of layout, positive, negative of garment.
Monitor durability testing in terms color (Color Fastness Wash, Color Fastness to Rubbing) & quality by using Statistical Process Control (SPC) Tools.
Monitor the first printing proof of garment according to product specification and production order/job bag instructions.
Monitor to identify loopholes during dyeing, cutting; sewing, assembling, washing, finishing and packing stage of garment in terms of quality measurement [Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Observed Quality Level (OQL), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order/job bag instructions.
Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly.
Review documentation of all activities of quality assurance and monitor detailed analysis on random inspection at final stage.
Oversee the day to day functions with members of QA, Merchandising, Planning and Design & Development department to ensure buyer compliance.
Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
Claim Management of the valued buyer in case of any non-conforming RMG.

3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Priority will be given for those candidate who has experience from SGS, ITS or Bureau Veritas.
