Job Description / Responsibility
Take charge of overall of quality assurance functions of individual lines delivering products to top-class customers in USA/ Europe and responsible for the quality of the apparels produced.
Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects.
To ensure that quality of the garments delivered to customers are in line with their (customers’) needs and company’s objects. Handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality.
Audit following areas of garment manufacturing processes: Roaming QA audit (7 pcs. audit), End line Audit, Hourly’ Audit, Day final Audit.
Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following buyers’ technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line is in line with international quality practices.
Provide train and educate to quality personnel, maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyers’ specifications
Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production. Responsible to take immediate corrective actions and solve the problems.

Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 year(s) and over
Should have at least 10 years of experience in highly reputed garments factories, having experience of sewing and finishing supervising the overall quality control functions of Woven garments factories (bottoms) for renowned branded buyers.
Clear understanding of all legal and safety requirements.
