Job Description / Responsibility
Ensure Quality in whole process Fabrication to Shipment in a composite knit Garment process.
Manage quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.
Provide quality guideline & technical advises to production unit.
Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed, to ensure the final products are met with customer quality requirement.
Maintain technical reports at every stages.
Leading a finishing team of a large garments unit.
Ensuring proper and appropriate implementation of finishing process.
Managing finishing plan as per shipment schedule.
Ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements .
Train up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements .
Assess, evaluate and seek for ways to increase operation efficiency through continuous process improvement.
Need to achieve day to day target production as per given plan.
Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
Job Location: Vulta, Rupgonj, Narayangonj

Educational Requirements
Graduate/ Masters from any reputed institution/B.Sc in Textile Engineering.
In terms of profound experience and expertise, education requirement can be relaxed.

The applicant should have knowledge of maintain strong report management for the authority.
