Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain & control overall production of garment accessories such as elastics, twill tape, jacquard, level, gum tape, crochet lace, hanger loop, drawstring, etc.
Monitoring & implement production plan & achieving target of production for accessories item
Carry out all the assigned responsibilities in executing the production operation
Prepare monthly requirement of raw material, packing materials
Ensure maximum capacity utilization of machinery of all sections, good housekeeping & proper utilization of manpower
Arrange on the job training among new recruited staff & workers and learners.
Achieve higher productivity with maintaining quality
Prepare MIS report and submit to the Management

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed University majoring in Fabric Manufacturing Technology
Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTEX will be preferred

Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile Engineering

Additional Job Requirements
At least 8 years of related experience out of which 2-3 years in a large Knitting/Gmt. Accessories Industry
Smart, pro-active, independent and result oriented
Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
Strong people management skills – fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
Familiar in MS-Office
