Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for maintaining factory Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Follow and update Production Test Plan (PTP) specially H & M.
Follow and update Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) in production process /Quality/Inspection.
To correspond with RQS buyer (H & M) and fulfill their requirements as documented by floor/section wise.
Detect faults of operation and recommend corrective action timely and discussing/ solving the problems independently.
To continuously develop own competencies & skills in relevant aspects, in order to enhance service quality and personal development.
Conduct inline, assist Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) inspections & issue reports & provide solutions to issue found.
Implement & monitor company quality & safety procedures in factory to raise standards.
Monitor all production process from cutting to packing as per H & M Standard.
Alongside fabric technologist, communicate customer comments to factory ensuring they are understood & action accordingly.
Confident in dealing with factory senior management to resolve issues.
Provide associated support service and information on activities.
Any other order/task assigned by superior.
Conduct buyer’s Technical evaluation & Corrective Action Process (CAP) implementation.
Responsible for overall quality assurance for H & M class client.
Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
Maintaining QA team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
Maintaining controls documentation procedures.
Ensuring tests procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated, if necessary.

Graduate in any Discipline from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
At least 3 years in similar position.
Experience & vast knowledge on H & M work procedure will give preference.
The applicants should have experience in Quality Control/Audit.
Monitoring and ensuring all compliance aspects of the factory.
