Job Description / Responsibility
The Management of a reputed Group of Companies owning 100% Export oriented Woven and Knit RMG unit accredited by alliance is looking for a Qualified & Dynamic Sr. Manager (Admin, HR & Compliance) for immediate appointment.
Job Description/ Responsibility :
Shall carry out following responsibility but not limited to-
Responsible to make and implement Group HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
Responsible for Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, health & Safety monitor training/awareness on regular basis etc.
Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
To prepare factory for facing different audits uch as WRAP, WALMART, KOHLS, TARGET, BSCI, COC Standard, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
Prepare job description of employees and follow up.
Maintain healthy relation among all departments of all factory units under the group for better functioning of the organization.
Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management.
Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labour Federation etc.
Responsible for taking up the legal issues with court, Administration etc.

Educational Requirements
MBA/ Masters in any discipline with adequate knowledge in Admin, HR & Compliance of Garments or Textile Sector.

Experience Requirements
5 to 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 45 year(s)
Must have 5-8 years working experience as Manager in the Admin, HR & Compliance department in complaint Garments Industry, (having at least 1500-2000 employee) Capable of handling the day to day functions in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
Experience in working with MS office, Operating system (windows), E-mail management on internet, Internet browsing etc.
Proficiency (both written & spoken) in English and Bangla is compulsory.
Able and willing to work under pressure to meet deadline.
Good communication & presentation skill.
