Job Description / Responsibility
The Incumbent should have adequate marketing knowledge (Local Food market) for building innovative marketing strategies in target of benefit for the company.
The incumbent should have known about Italian , Japanese food
A fastidious and conscientious individual with high standards of self presentation and orderliness
Personnel should have adequate marketing knowledge
Self confident with pleasing personality and self image
Skills and knowledge in Continental Food
Monitoring staff within the catering department and further ensure that all food produced is serviced to the highest standard.
Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
Checking of daily food requisitions and maintaining stock level control to prevent wastage.

Educational Requirements
The candidate should possess a degree in hotel management or its equivalent.
May be relaxed for highly qualified
